4. USDT Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1. You are responsible for ensuring that any USDT deposit is sent to the correct wallet address provided by CCards.
4.2. Deposits may require confirmation on the blockchain and processing time before funds are credited to your CCards account.
4.3. CCards is not responsible for deposits sent to incorrect addresses or using incorrect networks.
4.4. Withdrawal requests may be subject to processing times, verification procedures, and minimum amounts.
5. Virtual Cards
5.1. Virtual cards issued through CCards are for your personal use only and cannot be transferred to others.
5.2. You are responsible for all transactions made using your virtual cards.
5.3. CCards reserves the right to set limits on card issuance, funding amounts, and transaction volumes.
5.4. Virtual cards may not work with all merchants and may be subject to additional verification processes.
6. Fees and Charges
6.1. CCards may charge fees for certain services, including but not limited to card issuance, transactions, and withdrawals.
6.2. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you incur them.
6.3. Fees are subject to change with notice.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use CCards services for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or the purchase of illegal goods or services.

8.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
8.2. You must notify CCards immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
8.3. CCards employs industry-standard security measures, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of CCards and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10.2. In no event shall CCards's total liability exceed the amounts actually paid by you to CCards in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
